Lee Reger
OwnerLee Reger has been involved in construction for almost 30 years. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the National Frame Builders Association as well as sat on the state board of directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
Lee Reger and his wife Phyllis reside in Shinnston. They are the parents of four children and have four grandsons. The Reger's have been active in youth organizations, recreational projects and programs, and city government.
John Kissella
Field SuperintendentJohn Kisella joined Lee Reger Builds, Inc. in 1985 as the company's first crew foreman. John's background with Lee Reger Builds, Inc. includes 9 years of on-the-site supervision of post frame structures. Since 1995 John has been involved in estimating and purchasing. Other duties include product quality control and implementing the company's safety policy.John's responsibilities include the scheduling of projects and materials. Currently he is overseeing six crews.John and his wife, Renee, who is the company's executive secretary, live in Lumberport. They have two sons. John enjoys the outdoors.
